Returns/Exchanges

Thank you for your order and supporting EXPNTL ATHLETICS! We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below to start your return, exchange, or store credit process. 


We have a 12-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 12 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. Please note there is a flat rate shipping and restocking fee of $10.00 to return any item(s) for Domestic returns, and no return fee for a store credit option. We do not accept international returns or exchanges.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Returned items may be subject to rejection if they do not meet our standards (stains, odor, excessive wrinkling, distressed/ excessively stretched fabric, deodorant marks, animal/ human hair, or any visible wear or damage)

If the returned item(s) does not meet our standards, we have no obligation to send the item(s) back to the customer. Please ensure you are eligible for a return before sending your item(s). 

Important Return/Exchange Info

  • Returns or exchanges can only be initiated once per order.
  • Socks cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to be processed once it reaches our warehouse (Please note, once your return is processed, we are unable to further issue any additional refunds).
  • Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to show in your bank account.
  • We do not accept international returns or exchanges.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The shipping cost(s) of orders will not be refunded. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Exchanges
Once your exchanged item(s) have been received and accepted, your new item(s) will then be packed and shipped to you, and you will receive a notification with updated shipping and tracking information. Please note that your new item(s) will not be shipped until your previous item(s) have been received and approved.

 

International Returns/Exchanges:

We do not accept international returns or exchanges.
