Okay first off I am really glad I read the notes to size up. I usually order a small for all my tops but I got a medium here and it fits PERFECTLY and is a DREAM to run in!! For reference I am 5’8” 125 pounds and normally wear a 34B/C bra. Hope this helps and just wanna say this is the best running outfit for long distances
I’ve been a runner for 28 years so have worn more than a few sports bras. This bra is perfection! No chafing on my long run today in hot Houston, the fit is incredibly comfortable, and the color is gorgeous!
I'm a B cup, ordered a size small, and felt very supported by this bra. However, I have other running bras that support me just as much without feeling as compressive on my shoulders. I went for a morning run and left the bra on all day; it wasn't the most comfortable for daily living. Works very well as a running bra, but be prepared for a tight fit.
I like the amount of chest coverage and it holds you in while running. I wish there was more room around the armpits.
